Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand our business operations, including our main platform, Service Titan

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes

- Implement technology solutions to automate tasks and enhance customer experience

- Research and identify opportunities to integrate additional software with Service Titan to improve operational efficiency

- Collaborate with our team to identify and utilize existing software features

- Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Build and maintain reports to overview business performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement

- Participate in company meetings and interact with customers to gain a deeper understanding of our business
