What we will entrust to you:

• Responsibility for planning, organizing and monitoring the execution of work in the project program from the moment of initiation to completion
• Formation of project program plan, which includes (calendar work schedule plan, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan)
• Responsibility for formation and management by the project team within the program in order to obtain the maximum benefit from its implementation
• Responsibility for conflict management in the project program, with the aim of improving interaction, both between project managers (optionally) and with project stakeholders within the program

• Responsibility and control for the development, maintenance, updating and storage of project documentation, budget, resource plan and project schedule within the framework of the program in information systems
• Management of communications with internal stakeholders within the framework of the program projects, subcontractors, concluding contracts on behalf of the company, monitoring compliance with contractual requirements
• Responsibility for risk management and making changes in the process of implementing the project program
• Responsibility for the development and motivation of project managers within programs (optional).
• You have experience in the implementation of a MES class system (at least 1 successful implementation or 2 successful implementations of different systems as separate projects)
• You know the approaches to estimating project deadlines, budget and resources
• You have experience in risk management and the organization of the project change management process
• You have the skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies
