IT project manager / (Manager of projects and programs in the field of intangible production) in Operator GTS Ukrayini, TOV

Purpose of the position:

    Management of various initiatives related to the development, implementation and support of intangible assets.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed IT project plans, including defining goals, timelines, resources and budgets
• Coordination working groups and ensuring the timely implementation of IT projects
• Reporting on the state of IT projects
• Managing the risks of IT projects
• Ensuring the quality of IT projects
• Support of effective communication between all IT project participants
• IT project budget management and cost control
• Project management documentation

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher education not lower than the second (master's) level
• 2 years of work experience
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience in managing IT projects in the field implementation and development of information systems
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge of the architecture of information systems, databases, networks and cyber security
• Understanding process development and integration IT solutions
• Ability to analyze, draw conclusions and make informed decisions
• Ability to assess risks and develop strategies to minimize them
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel
• Ability to plan and organize the work of a team.
• Ability to motivate a team and create a favorable work environment
