IT Project Manager (Head of the IT Department) in Stetsyuk Development

We invite a specialist to join our dynamic team for the position ofIT Project Manager (Head of the IT Department).

Basic requirements:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Work experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the IT field.

• Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Basic IT knowledge (programming, systems, architecture) to understand team requirements.

• The ability to control and manage bots.

• Ability to structure team work processes, organize and control all project stages: planning, execution, control, completion.

• Team management experience: creating comfortable working conditions and maintaining motivation.

• High level of interpersonal communication skills, ability to convey information clearly.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and establish working relationships with the team and clients.

• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher.

• Ability to set priorities, plan resources and manage risks.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to forecast project needs and optimize processes.

• Ability to work in conditions of rapid changes and adapt strategies to the needs of the project.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization of work of the IT department. Under the supervision of 3 people. Distribution of tasks. 

• Detection of the need for automation. Description of the automation process. 

• Writing TK for software development. 

• Control of all IT projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.

• Cooperation with the CEO and department heads stakeholders, to understand IT needs and priorities.

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Monitoring IT community (following Amazon trends). Studying the risks of changes to Amazon rules.

• Identifying problems with current systems and processes, and developing solutions to solve them.

• Providing instructions IT team and its support to ensure optimal performance.

• Effective management of IT budget and resources.

• Providing technical expertise in solving complex IT problems.

• Act as a link between the IT department and other company departmentsii.

• Company's IT and information security development strategy.

• Analysis of information technology trends, proposals for process optimization technical methods/applications and other developments.
