We provide consulting support for adoptive parents, foster parents of family-type orphanages and foster families.

In connection with the expansion of the Foundation and the growth of the Team - we are looking for a new colleague in the team - Project Manager.

Wishes to the candidate:

• Higher education in psychology, psychotherapy, medicine or social sciences;
• Experience of managing psychological support teams/projects/centers;
• Experience of working with international organizations and/or national or international projects aimed at psychological support will be an advantage;

• Experience of working in educational, charitable, non-governmental social organizations (NGO) will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of methods for solving various problems and cases;
• Excellent communication and communication skills;
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language; 
• Proficiency in English not lower than Intermediate (B1) level will be an advantage;
• Zero tolerance for what manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical norms. Sexual exploitation and abuse in all forms is prohibited. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, and outside, including at the workplace. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of ZSEN and organizational rules and regulations of the organization.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Project development and planning:

  - definition of project goals, tasks and expected results

  - development of a detailed project implementation plan with time frames and resources

• Coordination of project implementation:

  - management of the project team, distribution of roles and tasks between participants

  - monitoring the execution of tasks and compliance with the plan

  - ensuring compliance of project activities with grant conditions and achievement of key performance indicators

  - support of constant communication with partners, project contractors.

• Financial management:

  - project budget management, control over the use of financial resources

  - preparation of financial reports and submission of reports for the grantor

  - verification of compliance of expenses with the conditions of the grant.

• Monitoring and evaluation of project results:

  tracking the results of the project and assessing its impact on social groups,

  analysis of the effectiveness of project implementation and introduction of necessary corrections

  - preparation of reports on work results for the management of the fund and donors.

• Search and support of cooperation with organizations that can help in the implementation of the project.

• Interaction with government bodies, business, public organizations to achieve project goals.
