IT Project Manager in Consimple

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing technical projects in our company. The candidate must have strong expertise in project management, the ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

Our Consimple team specializes in the implementation of CRM solutions for corporate clients and provides a full range of services, including planning, development and solution support.

Main areas: automation of loyalty programs, marketing (including digital), online order management systems and support contact centers. The company's experts also specialize in the development of mobile applications and online portals/personal user accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting meetings to collect business requirements, estimating labor costs for project;

• Project management. Agreement of all terms and works related to the project with the client;

• Project planning, meeting deadlines according to contracts. Control over the implementation of internal project deadlines;

• Agreement and monitoring of compliance of the project concept with the client's needs;

• Constantly informing the client about the progress of work on the project. Preparation of regular reporting on the project;

• Documentation of the transfer of project completion dates with the client. Tracking of all documents related to the project;

• Closing the project. Signing acts of completed works.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the subject area (features of the functioning of programs loyalty);

• knowledge of project approach, project management methodologies;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Knowledge of software products (Jira, MS Project);

• spoken English in a business context.
