IT Project manager in ST Staffwork

We are an international team of experts in telecom analytics and mobile security.
Our mission is to protect A2P traffic and help mobile operators around the world reduce risks, vulnerabilities and financial losses.

We are currently strengthening the team and looking for an IT Project manager who can take the operational load off the team lead and ensure the stable performance of tasks by the development teams.

Main responsibilities

• Accept incoming tasks from management and distribute them among teams

• Control deadlines, statuses and correctness of execution.

• Work in Asana (kanban): creation, updating tasks, maintaining order on the board.

• Be a link between teams so that no request was lost.

• Perform the role of PM assistant: coordinate and synchronize teams.

• Interact with the testing department, traffic department, BAS automatizers.

• Help the team lead with managing priorities, workload and deadlines.

• Prepare traffic reports: downloads, summary tables, statistics.

• Confident work in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Monitor team KPIs.

Requirements

• PM/Coordinator experience in IT from 2 years

• English - from B2, written and oral communication.

• Work experience. in a fast, dynamic environment with a large number of tasks.

• Excel/Sheets skills, basic understanding of APIs, proxies, automations.

• Understanding the operation of traffic teams and BAS automatizers.

• Experience in managing several parallel projects.

• High multitasking and fast adaptability in dynamic processes.
