About Us:

ACTSE is a fast-growing revenue operations agency specialising in high-quality digital solutions, including full-scale web development, sales & marketing automation, digital marketing, paid ads management, and media buying. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our projects to success.

Role:

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, collecting requirements, addressing queries, and providing project updates.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow daily with clients from the USA & Canada.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and development projects.
  • Oversee deliverables to ensure alignment with clients’ business objectives and campaign ideas.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage the work of Development, Martech, and Creative team specialists.
  • Ensure team collaboration and efficiency in delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Set objectives and tasks via Asana.
  • Monitor the daily performance of team members.
  • Craft reports for clients according to guidelines and templates.

Resource Allocation and Management:

  • Define and allocate necessary resources for each project.
  • Monitor and control project hours, making adjustments to optimize resource utilization.
  • Reallocate resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (conversational fluency and comfort is a must).
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, software development, or web design.
  • Availability to attend client calls until noon PST at least 3 days per week, with messaging availability on all business days.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and patience to handle routine tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in marketing tech and product development.
