IT Project Manager in EvoPlay

What you will do:
< br/>Working with the client: Deep immersion in the client's domain with the goal of proposing technical improvements for products and services in collaboration with the team, focusing on achieving the client's business objectives.
Task Management: Plan the team's workload according to set priorities, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
Reporting on progress: Provide the manager with reports on completed tasks and the overall status of the project, timely inform about risks and problems.
Setting tasks: Set clear tasks for the development team, QA and designers, monitor execution and compliance with requirements.
Resource planning: Effectively plan and distribute the workload of the team, optimize work processes.
Meeting Facilitation: Lead meetings with technical stakeholders, product owners and other teams, ensuring productive dialogue.
Progress Monitoring: Track project status, monitor task completion, prioritize and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Who we are looking for:

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar project manager position or in project management.
Project management: Knowledge of project management, methodologies, SDLC.
Tools: Experience with Jira (for task and project management) and Confluence (for documentation).
Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of client-server architecture to communicate effectively with the technical team.
Optimization of processes:Ability to implement and configure development processes, independent of the framework.
Problem-solving skills:Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, to respond quickly to changes and to focus on the search for solutions.
Leadership qualities: Experience in forming a team, managing its work and supporting motivation.
Personal qualities:Initiative, autonomy, responsibility for the result.
