Technical Support Specialist in OBLAKO, TOV SERVIS PROVAYDER

A stable company, operating since 2010, Service Provider Cloud - CLOUD.NET.UA (cloud technologies, VPS rental) requires a specialist to strengthen the first line of customer support, with the following personal qualities: p>

The candidate will be required to:

• process client requests and make decisions within the framework of existing competence (for work with windows, rdp, 1c, medoc, printer connection)
• internal “switching” of client requests between departments and tracking their resolution
• collection of feedback and communication with clients (by phone, email .mail)
• maintaining a database of customer requests and the history of relationships with them (in the ticketing system)

Required knowledge and skills in the field of information technologies at a level not lower than an advanced user, namely:

• questions related to installing programs (1C, Medok), system settings, connecting a printer, working in a remote desktop (Windows OS)
• basic knowledge of using Linux systems
• work and typical issues with office applications and email clients
• use of public cloud services such as Google, Office365, Dropbox, etc. is desirable
• internship and training at the expense of the company is possible
• experience in IT services for offices or systems administration is desirable
