GAP, head of the architecture department in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Location: Central office of the company in Dnipro (work in the office, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Main task:

strong> Full participation as a GAP on two existing new buildings of the company

Duties:

• Organization and control of surveys of existing buildings and structures; 
• Development control and quality control of solutions and documentation in general sections of the general construction direction (AR, AB, KM, KB, GP.) and adjacent - engineering sections of the project (ETR, OVIK, VC, Fire Safety, etc. .); 
• Economic analysis of constructive solutions and types of possible engineering systems; 
• Author supervision of new buildings

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field >builder engineer. PGS or Architecture preferred
• Experience in the position of GAP from 10 years (preferred).
• Experience in managing a team of 5-20 employees (including remote management).

• Experience of preparation, signing design contracts.
• Readiness for periodic business trips (1 time per month)
