IT Product Owner in SupportYourApp

Our product IT team is looking for an experienced Product Owner who likes to build a team, solve complex problems and refine all processes.Product: There are some cool internal products: they are multi-channel CRM systems with integrated telephony with built-in artificial intelligence to provide support via email, phone calls and online chat; in-house web application for tracking the progress of various projects. Team: Our team has many cool specialists: PMs, Full-Stack and Front-End Developers, UI/UX designer, Markup Developer, Manual QA and product marketing team. What will we do :Manage the development team;Manage deadlines and resources;Set up stable project management processes;Maintain the correct balance of developers' workload;Responsible and report on project results;Manage risks Important and required:4+ years of experience in managing development projects specifically in IT companies;Practical experience with Scrum ;Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.);Understanding SDLC, PDLC;Ability to analyze requirements and turn them into tasks for developers;Ability to lead and motivate a development team;Experience working with cross-functional teams;Ability to plan and manage resources and project deadlines; Experience in product documentation management; Ability to set metrics, KPI; analysis of metrics, monitoring of the current status of projects, schedule, deadlines, budgets and risk management; Good communication skills for effective communication with developers and stakeholders; Experience in resolving conflicts in a team; Experience in backlog management; English level B2+; Structural thinking; Responsibility, Mandatory Will be a plus: Technical background in software development, which will help to understand the main technical aspects of the project; Great sense of humor and love for art :) From us: Remote work in Ukraine or elsewhere in a close time zone; Modern and comfortable office, by the way and art object (if you are in Kyiv); Many interesting tasks and communication with the team; Direct influence on the functionality of the project; Compensation in USD; Bright corporate events; Creative team of professionals; Corporate library; Adequate, friendly management and no bureaucracy Who we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
