Digitalization and AI Automation Specialist (AI & Automation Specialist)

The National Qualifications Agency (NAK) is looking for a specialist in the digitalization department team who is ready to transform the public sector through AI and automation. We need a practitioner who knows how to quickly assemble working solutions using modern LLM, low-code platforms and the concept of Vibe-coding.

What you will do:

• Build automations: Develop scenarios in n8n (self-hosted) and Pabbly Connect to optimize processes Agencies.
• Develop through AI (Vibe-coding): Quickly create micro-services, scripts and interfaces through AntiGravity, Claude Code and Kilo Code.
• Work with data and integrations: Professional work with API and setting up Webhooks for government communication systems with our internal tools.
• Implement LLM: Integrate the capabilities of modern language models (Claude, Gemini, GPT) into the daily work of the Agency.
• Administer digital processes: Provide technical support to the office and help the team with basic software or hardware queries.

We are looking for you if you:

• AI-Native: You use AI as the main working tool and know how to get quality results from models.
• Automation master: You have experience with n8n (or similar), understand the architecture of requests and data exchange.
• Technologically flexible: You like to work with terminal AI tools and quickly create working prototypes.
• Have a technical foundation: Deep understanding of API, Webhooks, JSON, Docker and experience with VPS.
• Versatile player: Willing to combine high technology with supporting the current life of a digital office.

Will be an advantage:

• Own "pet projects" (bots, automation, AI applications).
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript at a level sufficient for correcting the code generated by the neural network.
