IT operations manager in Sport Layf

Vacancy "IT Operations Manager". The position in which the employee will be the owner's operational assistant. And help to develop key projects and operational tasks of the business.

• Analysis of operational activities (breakdown of IT - Non IT);
• Formation of operational tasks and their solution;
• Formation of tasks by priority (also IT and Non-IT);
• Coordination of processes;
• Interaction with stakeholders;
• Description and coordination project stages;
• Control and support of operational processes for the project;
• Control of deadlines and project stages;
• Formation of project presentations;
• Work in Word, Excel creation of tables, documents, analytics, project reports.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Operations Manager (preferably with IT) from 2 years;
• Ability to formulate tasks and deadlines in detail, and to describe everything;
• Able to interact on projects with contact persons, adhere to deadlines for tasks;
• Able to listen and implement the vision of the owner in the development of tasks;
• Able to work with Word, Excel, make tables.
