FUNCTION: Digital business solutions

OBJECTIVE AND MAIN RESULTS

MAIN DUTIES

As a business partner you will:

• Understand expectations and needs regarding the quality of production and IT services; help improve technology services through new features and solutions.
• Monitor and resolve issues affecting the execution of operational/project plans.
• Cooperate with units responsible for IT architecture and IT security to ensure compliance of IT solutions with internal standards.
• Be a valuable member of the factory management team, represent the IT function and create a "Business Partner" image.

As an IT services manager you will:

• Provide work factory IT infrastructure that supports production, supply chain and administrative processes. Main components:

1. Factory network
2. Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES)
3. Enterprise Relationship Platform (SAP)
4. Track & Trace
5. Quality Assurance System

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• IT experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain/logistics (in a global environment), preferably with an IT degree.
• Experience of working in a large global organization using internal and external IT services and thorough knowledge of global service management.
• Hands-on experience in business models, business requirements, business analysis and in-depth knowledge related to IT solutions applicable to manufacturing and supply chain/logistics.
• Ability to interpret IT business strategies and functional strategies, understand the Group's operating model and the impact of actions in one area on other functions
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an advanced level.
