IT manager in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company engaged in exploration and production of natural gas, oil and gas condensate. 

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

• Provision and implementation of specialized IT solutions. 
• Provision of services through an internal corporate IT partner, adhering to agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Management of specialized IT services, control of commissioning of equipment, documentation management and inventory of warehouse stocks, focusing on processes of DTEK Naftogaz.
• Integration of IT processes with operational activities of DTEK Naftogaz within the framework of resource planning
• Evaluating and optimizing IT processes to enable growth and improvement.
• Controlling IT requests and aligning them with business priorities and available resources.
• Interaction with key contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Collection and analysis of business requirements to align IT solutions with company needs.
• Ensuring proper governance IT equipment, including inventory tracking and training, while coordinating with technical specialists.
• Developing regulatory documentation for IT processes and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Planning and managing IT standards infrastructure in all offices.
• Support IT and digital projects and assist with procurement of IT assets and software licenses provision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical education (information technology)
• 5+ years of experience in the IT direction
• Knowledge of the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, including cloud technologies, networks and security protocols.
• Evidence of IT budgeting, resource allocation and cost management to ensure efficiency.
• Experience of working with various operating rooms systems, including Windows, Linux.
• Expertise in implementation, configuration and testing of IT solutions. 
• Experience in managing IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring compliance with business goals, deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• English - Upper Intermediate

REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in the SAP system (as an added advantage)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, etc.
• Knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSH (as an added advantage)
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
