• knowledge of IT security standards and data protection rules
• experience in working with request accounting systems (Jira)< /li>
• experience with Windows and Linux OS

Will be a plus

• understanding of ITIL principles and practices and their application in IT service management
• experience working with MySQL, Mongo databases

You will be responsible for:

• providing technical support for users located in different countries and offices
• ngiving consultations on workof applications and corporate systems (1C, ERP, CRM)
• control of task execution time by the second line of support
