Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Freelance Contract Consultant to collaborate with our game art and animation studio on a project-based basis. As our studio continues to expand, we require an expert who can provide professional consultation on client contracts and related legal documentation. Key Responsibilities: Review and advise on client contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards. Address client feedback and proposed modifications to existing contract templates. Offer expert guidance on contractual obligations, risks, and best practices. Collaborate with our team to ensure all agreements align with the company's goals and legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven expertise in contract law, preferably with experience in the creative or gaming industries. Strong understanding of international contracts, including IP, NDAs, and service agreements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain legal concepts.
