Retention Product Manager in REDI

REDI is an international product company with expertise in online marketing, specializing in driving traffic and customers to its product.

We are working 12 years old. During this time, we have accumulated considerable experience in the field of marketing, expanded to the countries of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and gathered more than 200 employees around the world. We realized that we are ready for changes, so we created a brand for communication with talents in order to jointly develop Ukrainian business around the world.

Our mission as a company is to gather top specialists in the field of digital marketing and provide them with tools for professional growth.

The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We are looking for a Retention Product Manager to implement a new business model of building funnels through WhatsApp to increase product redemption conversions.

Your tasks:

• management and control of business model development (planning, design, prioritization of tasks);

• setting of mailings in WhatsApp according to relevant geos to increase redemption of the product;

• creating trigger campaigns;

• managing the database of collected contacts;

be the main point of contact with the current counterparty;

• analyze the effectiveness of the project and implement changes for its improvement;

• be responsible for management and analysis of trigger mailings WhatsApp.

From you we expect:< /p>

• experience in developing a communication strategy from scratch in messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc.);

  
  

• experience with creating WhatsApp accounts;

• ability to analyze data of established companies and make decisions based on data;

• ability to process large volumes of data, identify patterns , develop reports and provide recommendations based on the data received;

• skills to negotiate and focus on achieving results;

• work experience with the development team, the ability to organize cross-functional work teams;

• English at Intermediate level or higher;

• desire to develop in new directions;

• ability to prioritize based on business goals.
