IT Infrastructure Support Engineer in EPAM

We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team of professionals

DUTIES

• Request processing for general user support, network operations, troubleshooting (receipt through the ticket system) based on clearly defined processes and work instructions
• Teamwork on documents and IT processes within companies

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS
• Experience in end user support
< li>Ability to convey your thoughts orally and in writing
• Basic knowledge of network operation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (active directory, update services Windows, third-party antivirus services)
• Willingness to learn new technologies

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Knowledge of the English language at level B1 (intermediate)
