SMM specialist (content manager) for a charitable foundation in Let's Help

Since 2015, the Let's Help Charitable Foundation has been helping the elderly and working to create a dignified old age in Ukraine.< /strong> There are currently 127 geriatric boarding houses in 14 regions of Ukraine under the care of the foundation.

We are currently looking for an smm specialist + content manager - a person who will be our voice on the Internet. Thanks to you, the world will learn about the problems of lonely elderly people and will want to work with us to improve the lives of old women in Ukraine.

What will our SMM-specialist do:

• developing and implementing strategies for the development of official pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

• analytics and creation of a creative content plan

• development, presentation and analysis of posts and stories for the pages of the Charitable Foundation "Lets Help" and the University of the Third Age "Proton" (UTV)

• respond to comments and messages on the official pages of the fund/UTV

• shooting at our events in Kyiv and on trips to boarding houses

• edit videos for social networks (from trips or from materials provided by beneficiaries and partners)

• development of layouts for social networks, website, partner projects (for example, a layout for a project on dobro.ua, etc.)

• administration of the sites  letshelp.com.ua and u3a.com.ua (presentation of projects, news, etc.)

• writing PR news/articles about fund projects (for example, we cooperate with Liga.net and have the opportunity to post monthly news there)

• participation in team development of new projects and interesting ideas aimed at improving the lives of the elderly and popularizing the fund

• cooperation with bloggers, Twitter channels

We will have a match if you:

• have at least 2 years of experience in SMM

• you can write quality texts in Ukrainian (if you also use English - it's great!)

• can create interesting content and experiment, voice over reels, shoot and edit

• know and like to create creative layouts (using Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

• know how to present a difficult topic easily and in a positive light 

• initiative and likes to work in a team

• can independently prioritize and meet deadlines

• have experience working with WordPress and Tilda site admins

• do you have a desire to make the world a better place and build together with us a Decent and Happy Old Age in Ukraine - your future

• experience working in the charity sector will be a significant advantage

• Mon-Fri you need to be in touch from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are days off
