We continue to scale and develop the product. Therefore, we are constantly increasing the team.
There are 35 managers in the team now. The total number of employees in all projects Vchasno includes more than 170 specialists.

As a specialist in in this position, you will be engaged in the development of existing clients, namely, identifying new opportunities for the introduction of our product and client growth, building long-term partnerships with the client. There will be an opportunity to study business processes and help improve them.

< span style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: bold">Important for this role:

  • experience in B2B sales;
  • < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">experience in selling to a large business (enterprise level), managing complex projects;
  • < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">experience working with IT products, understanding of SaaS solutions and subscription monetization systems (sales will be an advantage);
  • communication experience with C-level positions (CMO, CEO, CFO, CVO, CIO, etc.);
  • management of the full sales cycle (customer development, upsale, cross-sale, conducting complex negotiations, holding meetings, supportid);
  • ability to conduct presentations and demonstrations of solutions;< /span>
  • confirmation of previous effective work experience ( recommendations of previous ones leaders, a place in the TOP-3 sellers of previous teams/companies, customer recommendations).< /li>

Tasks at this position:

  • management of clients of the enterprise segment;< /span>
  • implementation and over-implementation of the development plan;
  • побудова відносин з клієнтом та постійна підтримка зв’язку;
  • співпраця з відділами маркетингу та розробкою продукту задля розвитку нашої стратегії продажів;
  • підготовка та впровадження нових ідей для покращення існуючих процесів.
