Your key tasks:

• Configuration and technical support of the WMS system at the company's warehouses.
• Ensuring smooth and stable operation of the WMS in daily operational activities warehouse.
• Operative technical support of WMS users (warehouse workers, shift managers).
• Diagnosis and elimination of incidents related to WMS work, including in interaction with other IT departments and contractors.
• Configuration, connection and support of warehouse equipment: data collection terminals (handheld scanners), workstations of WMS users etc.
• Monitoring the correctness of the network and connections necessary for the stable operation of the WMS (Wi-Fi, access to services, communication with the infrastructure).
• Writing, updating and maintaining up-to-date instructions and regulations for warehouse workers.

• Have a basic understanding of networks (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) and IT infrastructure principles.
• Able to quickly diagnose technical problems and find solutions.
• Communicable, detail-oriented, ready to work with users.
• Ready to learn and develop in the direction of warehouse IT systems.
• You understand the principles of WMS systems or experience in supporting warehouse / logistics IT solutions.
• You have practical experience of working with warehouse equipment (TDS, printers, workplaces).
• You have experience of working in a warehouse or in logistics projects (will be an advantage).
• You have experience participating in the implementation or scaling of WMS.
