Skills required:
- Candidate sourcing skills, HR \ Recruitment courses (IT experience as a recruiter or HR would be a big plus)
- General understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks and languages for recruitment, such as: Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node), etc.;
- Proficient command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace ;
- Confidential communication with excellent active listening and communication skills;
- English at B2 level;
- Able to properly prioritize tasks to meet deadlines .
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the effective work of the team, namely:
- candidate selection (find, screen and interact with candidates in the recruitment process for various IT positions). To do this, you can prioritize and improve recruitment channels, processes and strategies to effectively close vacancies;
- planning and conducting trainings for improving the skills of employees (it is worth keeping up with the times), in order to ensure the balanced development of the team. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business processes.

- You should have experience in negotiations, knowledge in the field of personnel management, the ability to help with employee problems, knowledge of labor law, and one of your soft skills should be conflict resolution through positive and professional mediation.

- We work on a regular working day from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00, there is also a lunch break from 14.00 to 15.00;
- Stable and competitive remuneration ( review after six months based on the results of your individual development plan);
- Paid sick leave (10 days per year) and vacation (18 days per year)
