• Experience on relevant position (Head of Recruitment, Head of Recruitment Department, Team Lead of Recruitment ))from 3 years in the field of mass recruitment.

• Successful cases of building a systematic, effective mass recruitment department from 3-4 specialists.

• Closing experienceC-level, middle-level vacancies, expertise in working with a cold base (alternative search hypotheses).
