We invite to our team an IT HR / Career Manager

Functional duties:

• Working with students and graduates.
• Forming a student base with competency profiles.
• Conducting HR interviews with students before entering the market
• Assessment of career readiness for employment.
• Formation of CV together with the student.
• Preparation of students for interviews (mock interview).
• Readiness control: technical, communication, motivational.
• Selection at the request of the employer.
• Receive and analysis of requests from employers.
• Internal search candidates among students and graduates.
• Primary selection of relevant profiles.
• Organization of interviews between the student and the company.
• Support of the candidate until the moment of the offer.
• HR-support before employment
• Interaction with the social worker on adaptation issues.
• Control of the candidate's readiness to enter the job.
• Coordinating expectations regarding salary and working conditions.
• Student support at the stage of the offer.
• Analytics and processes, maintaining the student database in CRM.
• Fixing statuses (studying / ready for employment / employed).
• Employment analytics (conversion, terms, salary level).
• Formation of career recommendations for the academic team.

Professional knowledge and skills /hard skills:

• 2 years of IT HR / IT Recruiter work experience.  
• Experience working with junior/middle specialists is an advantage.  
• Experience in IT recruiting.  
• Understanding of the cyber security market (SOC, Blue Team, Infra Security, Network Security, etc.). 
• Ability to evaluate technical profiles at a basic level.  
• Experience in conducting HR interviews. 
• Ability to form a CV and position the candidate.  
• Understanding the employment process (offer, negotiation of conditions, support).
• Experience of working in social or educational projects will be an advantage.
