Head of food production in Valancevich S.A., FOP

We are hiring a Food Production Manager production (production of semi-finished products for first and second courses).

Requirements:

• experience in setting up production processes and personnel management;
• knowledge of regulations and documents on state regulation of the operation of catering establishments;
• confident PC user;
• high level of responsibility, system thinking, organizational skills, discipline.

Functional:

• organization and control of technological production processes;
• organization and planning of the work of employees and their training;
• ordering of raw materials, control residues;
• control of product quality in accordance with state regulations and company standards;
• participation in the development of new dishes, TTK and calculations for them;
• inventories, write-off control;
• control of ensuring the sanitary condition of production premises in accordance with the requirements of sanitary standards and regulations.
