Your main mission:
Your mission is to ensure uninterrupted operation, development and improvement of critical information systems. You will manage technical projects, analyze and resolve complex incidents, and implement innovations to improve the efficiency and reliability of systems. Your work will directly affect the quality of digital services for millions of citizens, contributing to the digital transformation of the state.

The focus of the work:
– management of information systems development and modernization projects;
– analysis and resolution of critical incidents, development of preventive measures;
– interaction with developers, contractors and users to ensure stable operation of systems;
– development and implementation of analytical dashboards and reports for monitoring key indicators;
- formalization of requirements for information systems;
- administration of information security policies; 400"/>- provision of expert PIsupport to users and responsible persons.

We expect from you:
– higher education (master's level);
– 3+ years of experience in technical support and analysis of requirements for software solutions;
– willingness to work in an office, in Kyiv;
– practical experience of working with Jira Service Management (administration, setting up processes);
– understanding of API (REST, SOAP) and integration principles between information systems;
– skills in working with analytical tools, in particular Power BI;
– experience in preparing technical documentation and specifications;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Will a plus:
– basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and processing;
– experience in automating processes and writing scripts;
knowledge of business processes;
experience with government information systems.
