We invite an assistant HR manager to join the team.

The position is suitable for active candidates who are interested in working with people and organizational processes.
Main duties:
Posting vacancies on search sites work
Processing candidate feedback
Conducting initial telephone interviews according to a ready-made script
Assigning interviews to the HR manager
Maintaining a database of candidates in a table
Confirming meetings and communicating with candidates
The work is structured and performed according to internal instructions.
Candidate requirements:
Basic PC skills
Competent oral and written language
Communication and responsibility
Desire to develop in the field of HR
Experience in recruitment would be an advantage, but not training is mandatory.

Fixed rate of UAH 30,000
