Cooperation with Development Teams and Stakeholders to implement IT-initiative Development and maintenance of documentation on infrastructure and professional recommendations (ODIKODY, ITS, ITUDODODIA, ITSHIUDYA Growth) Provision of technical leadership and strategic support to customers Automation and support of internal business processes Administration and configuration of internal systems with focus for stability and performance Analysis and optimization of business processes 5+ years of experience in the IT sphere 3+ years of experience management of a team focus for technical mentorism Experience management of the Help Desk team Successful experience of conducting from the beginning to implement Windows and MacOS Certain Microsoft Product and Services Administration of Relating Databases Web Servers Experience, including NGINX Setting up and Support Support (for example, Jira, Zabbix.
