Company "Nestle" Ukraine" announces a competition for the temporary position of User technical support specialist of the IT department in Lutsk* (Smt Torchyn).

< main responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective support and support for company users in direction of IS/IT and control over compliance with corporate IS/IT standards;
• Organization of preparation and installation of new computers and other office equipment;
• Conducting IS/IT training for new employees;
• Organization and conduct of training on using Intranet/Internet, e-mail and other services for location employees;
• Responsibility for setting configurations of standard software on users' computers;
• Provision of user support in relevant IS/IT issues;
• Support of fixed assets management tasks, for example, inventory, write-off, etc.;
• Solving requests regarding information systems in accordance with established service priorities and within the established deadline, using standard control tools;
• Participation in local and corporate projects.

 Basic requirements:

• Higher education (in the field of IT will be an advantage);
• Work experience in the field of IT from 1 year:
• Knowledge of modern information systems, web oriented software;
• Knowledge of personal computers, office equipment, internal topology of computers and telephone networks;
• Developed analytical and communication skills;
• Knowledge of the English language.
