- Attracting private investors to construction projects;
- Conducting negotiations and presentations of investment proposals;
- Supporting the investor at all stages cooperation;
- Preparation of financial calculations (yield, payback periods, risks);
- Participation in the formation and improvement of investment products.
Our expectations:
- Experience working with in investments, real estate, finance or active sales from 2 years;
- Understanding of residential real estate investments;
- Confident communication and negotiation skills;
- Orientation on results and long-term cooperation.
