Investment attraction manager in Frontir Kompani, TOV

We are a Ukrainian defense tech startup that develops unique solutions and software. We are currently looking for a proactive employee to join our team. Our goal is to strengthen the defense capability of our country.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education. li>
• Work experience from 3 to 5 years in the field of investment attraction.
• English - above average, preferably advanced.
• High level of PC proficiency.
• Deep understanding of the company's products, services and their features.
• Ability to analyze market information, competitor activities.
• High level of written and oral communication skills, and the ability to cooperate with other departments of the company. 
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with clients and partners.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.< /li>

Duties:

Investment attraction, execution of planned tasks:

• Establishment and maintenance of long-term relations with investors .
• Conclusion of contracts and implementation negotiations on the terms of cooperation.
• Ensuring the implementation of agreements, agreeing terms and responding to requests to improve productivity.
• Organizing and conducting presentations of the company's products and services.
• Organization and participation in conferences, forums and exhibitions related to the company's activities.

Maintaining relations with investors and partners:

• Conducting meetings with potential and existing investors.
• Traveling for negotiations with investors and partners.

Other duties: 

• Collaboration with other departments to implement strategic plans.
• Reporting to management on business activity and investments involved.
• Participation in the development of quarterly and monthly plans with subsequent adjustment to achieve maximum results.
• Working with investors to ensure reinvestment.
