Who are you:

• you are active, positive, multitasking, communicative and proactive
• inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
• eager to learn, improve and develop in the field of IT

Our expectations for you:

• you have higher education (technical, information technologies);
• have experience working with Bitrix, Jira, Confluence, CRM systems, the Microsoft Windows 10 family and Office 365
• understand the principles of work and site support< /li>
• have diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• able to work in stressful conditions (conditions workload)
• adaptable
• able to work in a team
• attentive to details, punctual.
• ready to work in the office

Will be a plus:

• experience in user support (Service Desk 2d line suppr)
< li>English - on technical documentation reading levels

What you need to do:

• analyze user requests and solve main problems
• monitor timely performance of tasks (SLA)
• write instructions
• communicate and cooperate with analysts and site developers, specialists from various departments of the Company
