Assistant in the accounting department in Syngenta

Main duties:

• Collection, receipt control and preparation of primary documentation
• Preparation of analytical files and data
• Maintenance of document registers
• Sorting and arrangement of primary documents
• Archiving primary accounting documents
• Cooperation with banks and making payments
• Participation in inventories and preparation of materials as a result of such inventories
• Participation in internal financial projects department
• Selection and provision of documents for inspectors during audits and inspections
• Performance of other tasks of the immediate supervisor ( -iv) by profession and direction of the department's work

Our candidate has:

• Education by profession
• Experience as an accountant from the 1st year (preferred)< /li>
• Experience in the accounting system 1C and SAP (preferred), as well as the MEDOC system
• Advanced PC user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Personal skills: ability to work independently and in a team, make and propose decisions, meet deadlines; skills management of processes and procedures in an enterprise with a broad organizational structure, strong communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language at a basic level
