Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.

Duties:

-providing consultations on the development of intersectoral protocols of interaction between state and non-state institutions to ensure effective cooperation in providing comprehensive services to children and families, in particular in crisis situations and difficult life circumstances;

-providing technical support (online) in the development of intersectoral protocols for the provision of services covering social, medical, educational, legal and psychological aspects;

-providing expert assistance in the development of draft protocols, approval by the community, consulting on implementation, making changes to the draft protocol after testing;

-conducting a 1-day online seminar on the practical implementation of accepted (or recommended) protocols for intersectoral interaction in the community for social service providers, representatives of local self-government bodies, social work specialists, and other experts in the field of social services;

- monitoring of the results of the implementation of intersectoral protocols - data collection in communities (online), analysis of monitoring results after the implementation of the protocols (timeliness of response, reduction of cases of incompatibility or delays in the provision of services);

- upon completion of the events, reporting to the Organizer (draft protocols, program of events, lists of participants, presentations, reports, photos, etc.).

Requirements:

- higher education in the relevant field of study

- at least 5 years of coaching experience;

- general experience in the field of social services and social work of 5-10 years;

- have a positive experienceconducting events for social service providers, members of interdisciplinary teams from 3 to 5 years, including online;

- experience in developing protocols of intersectoral interaction, preparation of documents, agreement at the community level;

- a high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;

- excellent presentation/teaching/documentation skills.
