- Deep understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC metrics: how to calculate, interpret, optimize and achieve growth indicators
- Understanding the principles of SEO promotion (technical part/content/reference), ability to work in interaction with development/content
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, systematically analyze data and make decisions based on it
- Attention, analytical thinking, result-oriented
Will a plus:
- Experience with e-commerce/CRM analytics (end-to-end analytics, lead quality, attribution)
- A/B testing skills (hypotheses, setting up experiments, evaluating results)
- Experience with SMS/messenger marketing and retention mechanisms
- Understanding unit economics and sales funnel, ability to improve conversion (CRO)
- Skills for preparing TOR for creatives/landings/content, setting tasks (design, copywriting, development)
- Confident command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
