What will happen in your area Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers on the existing base (calls, letters, chat)
• Understanding needs and offering the best insurance solutions
• Cross-selling, working with extension
• Forming contracts and supporting the sales process
• Executing planned indicators

What is important for this role:

• At least 1 year of telephone sales experience
• Ability to work with cold calls
• Ability to deal with objections, convince and present the product well
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Clear, well-articulated pronunciation (without diction defects)
• Confident PC user
• activity, sociability, initiative
