Chat Operator (Support Service) in ADG INVEST DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for an attentive, friendly and fast person who likes to communicate online You will be the first voice (more precisely - text) of the company: you will help customers, answer questions and create positivity in every message
What you need to do:
Respond to customers in chat and messengers
Advise about services, orders or products
Resolve inquiries quickly, politely and with with understanding
Transfer difficult questions to managers
Maintain the company's "tone of voice" - friendly, calm, respectful
What we expect:
Competent Ukrainian language
Attention, punctuality, patience
Ability to write beautifully and clearly
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google spreadsheets, messengers
Experience in support is a plus, but you can do without it (let's learn!)
