Mainresponsibilities:
- Monitoring and control of personnel accounting. Ensuring compliance of personnel documentation with European legislation and internal policies of the company. Control over record keeping of contracts and other personnel documentation;
- Consultative support. Providing advice to managers on issues of labor law and personnel accounting in various European countries. Help in solving difficult situations related to labor relations;
- Audit and reporting. Conducting regular audits of personnel records for compliance with legislation and company policies. Preparation of reports on the status of personnel records (on request);
- Implementation of policies and procedures. Interaction with local lawyers and external providers regarding the development and implementation of uniform standards and procedures for keeping personnel records in European markets, taking into account differences in labor legislation;
- Interaction with state bodies. Communication with relevant state bodies and controlling structures in European countries regarding personnel issues. Participation in solving issues related to inspections and audits;
- Global automation. Participation in the automation of HR processes.
What we expect:
- Experience in keeping personnel records in international markets and conducting audits from 2 years;
- Knowledge of international labor legislation, personnel accounting procedures and other regulatory acts regulating the sphere of labor relations in foreign markets;
- Experience of working with international government institutions and outsourcing companies with personnel issues;
- Readiness for business trips;
- English at the Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level;
- Work experience in international companies;
- Attention to details;
- Critical thinking;
- Ability to defend one's opinion and argue decisions;
- Ability to find non-standard solutions.
