Functional duties:

• Planning and participation in the implementation of activities to support the employer's brand; 
• Planning and support of participation in events, awards, ratings, etc.;
• Participation in the organization of research and surveys of Bank employees in the direction of corporate culture: eNPS, assessment of involvement and loyalty, etc., work with results research; 
• Writing texts for internal and external communications (according to the direction of the employer brand and corporate culture); 
• Preparation of presentations (in the direction of the employer brand and corporate culture).

• Experience in writing texts for internal and/or external communications; 
• Skills of creating presentations in the Power Point program, development of presentation design;
