International HR Coordinator in Atlas Recruiting

We are currently looking for an International HR Coordinator who will become a true partner for teams and managers, help develop people, improve processes and create a healthy, engaged environment.

We are currently looking for a proactive HR specialist ready for challenges who:

• has experience in positions HR Manager / HR Generalist;

• worked with teams of 100 employees (including remote teams) and has a good understanding of the full employee life cycle;

• has successful experience developing and implementing HR tools;

• has strong communication skills and is able to provide constructive feedback;

• knows and applies methods for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction (surveys, eNPS, etc.);

• demonstrates a high level of self-organization, responsibility and time management;

• thinks business-oriented, knows how to analyze situations and offer effective solutions.

Your area of responsibility

• Building and optimizing HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, events for employees, off-boarding;

• Formation and coordination of a team of international HR managers in Mexico and Portugal;

• Ensuring international recruiting and implementation of hiring plans;

• Cooperation with teams and other departments, their support, training and assistance in solving complex issues;

• Implementation HR projects for improving and automating all HR processes of the company, as well as developing the employer brand;

• Working with reporting and internal systems.
