Our company is growing and we are glad that we can offer jobs to the Ukrainian IT community. And now we are looking for an HR manager for the HR Team.
The HR team accompanies specialists throughout the entire cycle of their cooperation with the company to ensure the effectiveness of each of the HOSTiQ team. The goal of this position: to maintain a balance between processes and people, to create an atmosphere where results, support and sincere human relations are valued.
We need a specialist who:
has experience in product companies and with technical teams;
feels confident both in processes and in working with people: can systematize procedures, work with data and at the same time maintain a lively dialogue with the team;
has experience in preparing corporate gifts and participating in the organization of small team events;
knows how to prioritize tasks, independently plan his work and bring it to the end within the agreed time frame;
has experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and task trackers.
And also has such qualities as:
attention to detail and the ability to notice small things that affect the atmosphere and effectiveness of the team;
ability to express thoughts clearly and competently orally and in writing;
proactivity: not waiting for a task, but initiating improvement;
foresees risks and offers solutions;
responsibility and organization;
empathy combined with the ability to conduct a constructive dialogue;
flexibility, stress resistance and readiness for multitasking.
It will also be a plus:
work experience and willingness to join the recruiting process if necessary;
skills for working with analytics and surveys.
What the HR Manager will do:
accompany the full cycle of the employee's interaction with the company — from the first days to the end of cooperation, ensuring high-quality adaptation, regular dialogue and clear agreements (welcome and adaptation meetings, regular 1:1, exit interview);
work in partnership with team leaders: help develop people, establish communications, align roles and expectations, and implement change;
participate in the salary review process, helping with data preparation, alignment of approaches and transparent communication of solutions;
analyze the status of teams and initiate the improvement of HR processes so that they work for the result (online survey, feedback collection and analysis, standardization of approaches, improvement of procedures — from idea to implementation);
manage own HR tasks and initiatives, as well as lead joint tasks with team leaders, from planning to implementation, monitor progress and ensure achievement of a specific result;
support internal communications and development of corporate culture, joining team initiatives and activities together with event managers.
