Open position:Internal support specialist!

Requirements:< /b>

• Ability to work in a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with CRM systems, 1C program (preferably), operating systems and in the field of the Call Center.
• Ready to hire a student.

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests (receiving and processing requests from users through various channels (work phone, chat, crm system));
• Prompt response to employee requests;
• Identification and analysis of technical problems encountered by users and their administrative solution;
• Providing advice and recommendations to employees on the use of software and hardware means;
• Providing a report to the work manager for the completed period and recording the processed requests.
