We are hiring customer relations manager
Necessary skills:
- Readiness for new knowledge and learning. < li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Fluency in the Ukrainian language, correct diction and communication ethics.
- Responsibility, activity, customer orientation, stress resistance.
- Consultation and proactive communication with existing clients.
- Help with the announcement of the procedure (auction).
- Further support new users.
- Working with the CRM system (entering information).
- Transparent and timely salary and additional bonuses (rate 15,000 + 12,000 KRI + additional bonuses), earnings from UAH 25,000/month and above;
- Normalized 8-hour working day with a lunch break;
- Official employment, paid vacation and sick leave;
- Professional training and development;
- Support of a mentor during the adaptation period;
- Work in a comfortable office (9:00-18:00 from Mon-Fri ), the presence of a generator and shelter.
It will be a plus: knowledge of the transparent sales market, experience in telephone communication, experience in CRM.
