What will be included in the duties: Participate in the creation and implementation of an internal communication strategy. Manage the system of internal communication channels and offer options for further development/improvement. Create corporate communication materials (news digest, directories for employees, C-Level communication, etc.), including requests from other departments. Develop and improve content plans for communication. Continuously perform analytics of results and content analytics to plan improvements. Launch communication channels for updates on company, standards and values. Develop and implement effective feedback channels with employees. Participate in employer brand projects. Organize events within the company aimed at for support and development of corporate culture, including: lectures, workshops, knowledge exchange; corporate holidays; professional and sports events; activities to strengthen team spirit. Our candidate: Has experience of 2 years in a similar position, in a field that requires attention to detail, project management and customer service. Deep understanding of communication trends, channels and metrics. Ready for challenges and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. With excellent communication and organizational skills. With experience in project management. Quickly establishes relationships with diverse personalities, builds and improves trusting and open partnerships with managers and their teams.
