Our expectations from the candidate:

  1. Experience as a Recruiter (experience with marketing vacancies).
  2. Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search, knowledge of programs for search, automation and job analysis.
  3. Experience of conducting interviews, knowledge of various methods of competence verification.
  4. Ability to use Google Spreadsheets, CRM/ATS-system.
  5. Literacy, understanding of the basics of copywriting and the ability to use this knowledge in practice.
  6. High level of attentiveness and the ability to work under conditions of multitasking.
  7. Responsibility and willingness to make balanced decisions independently.
  8. Ability to achieve goals, love of learning, proactivity.
  9. Positive thinking, ability find benefit in any situation, service.

What you will need to do:

  1. Market analysis before starting work on a vacancy.
  2. Active search for candidates, placement of vacancies, evaluation of candidates for compliance with requirements, organization and conducting of interviews, writing feedback.
  3. Communicating with Team Lead and Hiring Managers, providing reporting on the hiring process.
  4. Ensuring an effective hiring process for candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Maintenance of the candidate database.

  2. Flexible work schedule with the ability to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
