Our expectations from the candidate:
- Experience as a Recruiter (experience with marketing vacancies).
- Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search, knowledge of programs for search, automation and job analysis.
- Experience of conducting interviews, knowledge of various methods of competence verification.
- Ability to use Google Spreadsheets, CRM/ATS-system.
- Literacy, understanding of the basics of copywriting and the ability to use this knowledge in practice.
- High level of attentiveness and the ability to work under conditions of multitasking.
- Responsibility and willingness to make balanced decisions independently.
- Ability to achieve goals, love of learning, proactivity.
- Positive thinking, ability find benefit in any situation, service.
What you will need to do:
- Market analysis before starting work on a vacancy.
- Active search for candidates, placement of vacancies, evaluation of candidates for compliance with requirements, organization and conducting of interviews, writing feedback.
- Communicating with Team Lead and Hiring Managers, providing reporting on the hiring process.
- Ensuring an effective hiring process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintenance of the candidate database.
