DEPARTMENT: Logistics Unit

LOCATION:Pryluky, Kyiv

ABOUT THE POSITIONThe logistics department intern is an internship with experts in the field of transport and warehouse logistics. This position provides real experience and an opportunity to learn about logistics processes and work in various accounting systems such as SAP, 1C and have a great chance to become a member of our Company in the future.

REPORTS TO: Junior Logistics Manager

DUTIES >

• Working in the SAP accounting system:
• Preparation of shipping documents (TTN, expense invoices)< /li>
• Creation of deliveries, transportations
• Processing of deliveries, transportations
• Creation of invoices
• Formation of reports, registers from the system
• Preparation of document packages for audit
• Communication with logistics providers
• Ordering and coordination of transport for movements between warehouses
• Formation of SOX control reports
• Providing proposals for optimization of logistics processes

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Experience with office equipment (preferred)
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications.
• Experience with Acrobat editor, Teams (preferred)
• Experience in SAP (preferred)
• Skills for working with a large amount of information.
• Skills to quickly learn information and use it at work.
• Responsibility, discipline.
• Self-motivation
• Openness
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective communication skills and interpersonal interaction.
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English - ability to read, write
