E-commerce team of the personnel department is looking for a Specialist of compensations and benefits.

What will the Compensation and Benefits Specialist do:

• Administer benefits programs (life insurance, health insurance, corporate incentive programs, fitness and health, corporate communications, etc.);
• Analyze requests and needs of employees, consider proposals from service providers, institutions and organizations , develop programs and submit for review by the manager, implement and administer the programs;
• Provide consultations and clarifications to employees and managers regarding compensation and social packages, respond to requests and participate in the resolution of controversial issues;
• Prepare compensation-related analytical reports and presentations for management and internal stakeholders;
• Coordinate the provision of financial assistance to employees in accordance with regulatory provisions;
• Administer the CPD (uploads data to calculate the salary in SAP, generate reports);
• Participate in the development/change of the salary structure and compensation and benefit programs for field personnel (couriers, pickers, cooks);
• Conduct local monitoring and analysis of the wage market for field personnel (couriers, pickers, cooks), create a report, provide advice to interested business customers.

It is very likely that we will work if you:

• Have experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 2 years or more;
• Have a higher economic education;
• You know how to structure information and easily present it in a presentation;
• You understand in the preparation of data for participation in the salary review;
• You like to take the initiative and lead a turnkey project;
• A team player , who is not afraid to defend his opinion and explain his decision or position in a reasoned way;
• You have advanced skills in Excel and SAP, as well as analytical skills.
