We are waiting for students 4-6 courses or graduates of 2022-2024 with developed analytical abilities for a 6-month paid internship in Kyiv.

What you will do:

• Identify problem areas of the customer experience at all points of contact between the customer and the company: products and services, self-service services, stores, personal managers , contact center
• Develop target and build current Customer Journey Maps from all processes that the company's customer goes through
• Build analytics to evaluate CJM change
• Analyze the market to identify new consumer trends and approaches
• Conduct benchmarking of similar processes, products and services from competitors for the use of "best practices"
• Conduct customer experience research through in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys
• Develop recommendations to optimize the client's journey and increase his satisfaction

• Higher education (Marketing, Management)
• English proficiency level - B1
• In-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
